The Good Circle wishes to inform the users of its website about the policy regarding the treatment and protection of personal data of those people who voluntarily use e-mail to contact us or any other service on the website that involves the communication of their personal data.

For these purposes, personal data will be understood as any information concerning identified or identifiable natural persons -including e-mail data and/or IP address- and by user, any identified or identifiable natural person who communicates their personal data to The Good Circle, through the use of any service of the web page of the mentioned entity.

The Good Circle informs the user of its web page of the existence of a personal data processing file for which Elisa Doehne X8179458Z is responsible, with registered office at C/ Infanta Pau 2, 9B Palma de Mallorca 07006 Illes Balears, where the personal data that the user communicates to us is collected and stored.

3. Purposes for which the personal data are used

The Good Circle does not request data on its website from users who visit it, therefore, the communication of personal data by the user through its website can only be understood to take place when they voluntarily use the email service or the ‘contact’ section, to contact us, since in these cases the processing of data is inevitable and implicit to the communication system used by the user.

For these cases and those described in the following section ‘4’, The Good Circle informs the user that the processing of data is carried out for the following purposes: To carry out all the managements related to the contracting and provision of services of The Good Circle to the interested party who requests it in his own name and representation, to attend and answer the communications received, and the maintenance of historical commercial relations.

4. Consent

The Good Circle informs the user of its website, that this privacy policy contains all aspects related to the processing of personal data that we carry out as responsible for it.

5. Request for information

The Good Circle only foresees the transfer or communication of data that in accordance with article 11.2.c. of the Organic Law 15/99 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter LOPD) must be made to fulfil its obligations with the Public Administrations in the cases required in accordance with the Legislation in force in each matter at any time and, where appropriate, also to other bodies such as Judges, Public Prosecutors, Courts, Court of Auditors or the Ombudsman.

The Good Circle informs the user that any other transfer of data that must be made, will be made known to the user when so provided by the LOPD, informing him/her in an express, precise and unequivocal manner of the recipients of the information, the purpose for which the data will be used, and the nature of the data transferred, or when the LOPD establishes it, the unequivocal, specific and informed consent of the user will be requested beforehand.

7. Other recipients of information

Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous paragraph, The Good Circle informs the user that any processing of personal data is subject to the current legislation in Spain on data protection, established by the LOPD and its complementary and development regulations.

8. Data quality

The Good Circle warns the user that, except for the existence of a legally constituted representation, no user may use the identity of another person and communicate their personal data, so that the user must at all times bear in mind that, if they use e-mail, they may only include personal data corresponding to their own identity and which are adequate, relevant, current, accurate and true. For this purpose, the user shall be solely liable for any direct and/or indirect damage caused to third parties or Food and Friends by the use of personal data of another person, or his own personal data when they are false, erroneous, not current, inadequate or irrelevant.
